Name Change Reflects Company’s Focus On $118 Billion Digital Advertising Market

(MIMV) announced it has filed a Schedule 14C Information Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reflecting the vote of a majority of shareholders approving the company’s name change to Adaptive Media, Inc. The Company expects the change to take effect in the fourth quarter.

On Tuesday, Adaptive Media announced audited financial performance from 2012 and the first half of 2013 which showed top-line revenues of $143,353 and $613,347, respectively.
According to market research firm eMarketer, the worldwide digital advertising market will exceed $118 Billion dollars this year, and is expected to surpass $163 Billion by 2016.
