The Revolution of Television Has Begun

We’ve come a long way since the beginning of television, when there were less than a handful of channels that aired news, variety shows, and soap operas. Today, there are thousands of channels to choose from, a great benefit to audiences everywhere. Over-the-top (OTT) services, including Netflix, YouTube, and Hulu, have been major game changers these last few years as they are reshaping the parameters of what audiences expect from their video viewing experiences. All the while, it’s clear that linear programming models are being challenged to keep up.
